General information on data protection

Data are the based for us to provide an excellent service. But our most important capital is the trust of our customers. Protecting customer data and using it only as our customers expect us to do is our highest priority. For this reason, compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for us. It is also important to us that you know at all times when we store which data and how we use it. As a matter of principle, the use of our online offer is - as far as technically possible and reasonable - anonymous or by using a pseudonym.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We merely store access data without further personal reference, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively for the improvement of our offer and do not allow any direct conclusions about your person.

Your visit to our website is logged. Essentially, the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC and the pages you view are recorded. As a rule, it is not possible and not intended for us to identify a person. In addition, personal data is only stored if you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. in the context of a registration, a survey, a competition, an online application or for the execution of a contract. You will be informed in the respective input and contact forms about the purposes of collecting the data collected there.

Use and disclosure of your data, unsolicited applications

Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and tax law retention periods must be observed, the storage period for certain data can be up to 10 years. You are welcome to send us speculative applications. Please make sure that the transmission path you choose is sufficiently secure. Sending an e-mail without a suitable encryption method is not recommended, as your data can then be read and used by unauthorised persons without much effort. If you would like to send us an encrypted e-mail with application documents, please use only the e-mail address info@maseven.de.

General legal information

The processing of data that we receive via our website is carried out on servers located exclusively in Germany. If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if the data has become incorrect, we will, upon your instruction, arrange for the deletion or blocking of your data or make the necessary corrections (as far as this is possible under the applicable law). We occasionally refer to the websites of third parties. Although we select these third parties carefully, we cannot assume any guarantee or liability for the accuracy or completeness of the contents or the data security of third party websites. This data protection declaration also does not apply to linked third-party websites.

We conduct our business in such a way that applicable German law is complied with. German law applies. If we introduce new products or services, change Internet procedures or if Internet and EDP security technology develops further, the "data protection notice" must be updated. We therefore reserve the right to amend or supplement the statement as required. We will publish the changes here. You should therefore visit this website regularly to find out about the current status of the data protection notice.

All information contained on this website has been checked with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents of our own website are correct, complete and up-to-date at all times.

Information on data security

We secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, however, complete protection against all risks is not possible. In general, the Internet is considered an insecure medium. In comparison to, for example, a telephone line, the transmission of data on the Internet can be more easily intercepted, recorded or even modified by unauthorized third parties. To ensure the confidentiality of communication with you, we use a so-called SSL encryption. According to the current state of knowledge, the 128-bit encryption possible with this is considered secure. This security level is achieved by all browsers of the younger generation. If necessary, you should update the browser on your PC.
